Hello. I am from AZ, United States, but I am currently traveling around the country, living out of my truck with my yellow lab, Kai. I've been extremely interested in photography since I was a child. It's only this last year, that I have decided to get more serious (if that's the right word) about it.
I did a fair amount of research, & decided that Pentax was for me. I purchased a used Ks2 from an awesome lady in Kyoto, Japan. I then fell, head first, down this rabbit hole.
From doing searches on 'Pentax' online, I stumbled upon James' YouTube channel, & thusly this forum. His approach to photography and gear is extremely welcoming to a novice like myself. Everyone on this forum has a true eye for photos, & have been very helpful & supportive.
Unfortunately, my Ks2 has failed. I am as heartbroken as one can be over a 'thing'. I am awaiting the arrival of a new camera.
