Post your most special, beautiful and amazing photos of the month of June 2023 here. Almost summer in Europe, a wonderful time to take photos.

Within the limits of my equipment consciously looking for painting with light.

Almost summer, so time for me to photograph flowers, plants and landscapes.

These photos were taken with the Sony DSC TX 30, a camera that was released around 2013. It is a camera with which you can also shoot and film underwater. I used to be able to take the camera to the swimming pool when the children were still small. Whether the camera is still waterproof, I do not dare to test. You should actually have your underwater camera maintained by Sony. However, it is also a very handy thin camera to take with you in your jacket pocket. The camera can shoot at 18 megapixels, but I always set the camera to 10 megapixels. This gives the best results.

The photos are sometimes straight from the camera, sometimes a bit post-processed with Snapseed on my Chromebook.

Happy snappin' 🙂

The Sony R1 is a beautiful camera. I once bought this one second-hand, however, the previous owner later dropped the camera, causing the camera to lose its seal and get dust on the sensor. Beautiful pictures with gorgeous colours.

This picture is from the R1, no camera has ever managed to photograph so beautifully against the sun.

That's a beautiful picture. The R1 does seem to have nice dynamic range. I don't know if there's something they are doing for processing in the JPEGs or even raw, but it seems to manage those backlit situations nicely.

Happy snappin' 🙂

June has seen me shoot two gigs already in the first week, so these are all from them.

And on a slightly surreal point, the photos on the wall in the final shot are all mine, as I have an exhibition on display at the venue the gig was held at.

Veni, vidi, serravi.

Few shots so far from June here in Manila. First shot is using the Pentax K-70 w/55-300mm F4.5-6.3 PLM, the rest are all taken on the Lumix GH5 w/Olympus 45mm F1.8. Some of these were taken in some epic and very sudden rain

I am impressed that you can get that close to a dragonfly.
