Share your December Photos! (2022)
Got these taken this evening. Super quick mobile jpeg edit after drinking a few, I like the colours but not the contrasts. Raw files will let me get what I want, though.
Shot with a 1980s or 90s flash from a brand no one knows (and I won't spoil until I've got a couple more - they'll end up the price of other more popular old manual flashes!), a parabolic ish deep umbrella with diffuser and a big black reflector as flag to reduce spill and bounce back. Then I just shot with the 45mm lens wide open (or 2.8 maybe on the whisky one) with iso set to 100 (extended).

Some family pics with the Sony a7ii with the Takumar 50mm f1.4, in the new year I want to get an 85mm Nikon and a 50mm Takumar f4 macro. May still sell the Sony but the arrival of my little girl and the portrait shots I get with these lens changed my mind for now

In the woods today with my K-5iis and 20-40mm. It was raining but the Pentax gear didn't care. 🙂
