Took my Olympus Pen D2 out Downtown Minneapolis for a big walk around Nicolet Island.  First time I've shot the new Fuji 400 that's now for sale here in drugstores.

Change of pace, some insect photography with the classic Vivitar Series 1 VMC 200mm F3 in M42, I like to shoot it adapted to my Nikon D500 with a 16mm extension tube.  It has beautiful bokeh and quite fun to shoot. It can be pretty soft wide open but I enjoy it none the less. My copy had a dented filter thread and hoot, I was able to scoop it up for $40 USD.  I've developed an affinity for odd F stop lenses as my camera collection has grown...

Some shots taken on the Lumix G9 w/PanaLeica 12-60mm F2.8-4.0, this was the first time in months I managed to make a few hours just for photography. Also I haven't shot nearly enough with the G9 either since buying it late last year, this was the first time outside shooting with it in 3 months

These are some images that I like. My favorite is the dragonfly caught mid-flight. (Even if it is a bit blurry) I also really like the bird eyeing me as I capture their picture.

All these were captured using the Canon 10D using the Tamron 75-300 1:4-5.6 Tele-Macro lens.

Took the Pentax KP w/Pentax-F 35-105mm F4.0-5.6 and the Ricoh GR III w/GW-3 wide angle adapter (21mm FF FOV equiv). Just the 3rd is taken with the GR III, I was mainly testing the wide angle adapter vs the Leica 9mm F1.7. Going to sell the Leica, the Ricoh with the wide angle just makes more sense.

I spent roughly 40USD on the Pentax-F lens last year, first time I've used it on the KP, it's sharp corner to corner from about 5.6 there's some CA but nothing that can't be easily fixed. AF is also pretty snappy and gives a good hit rate. If you see one and have a Pentax body or a mirrorless you can adapt to I can highly recommend.
