Pentax-110 70mm 2.8 on Fujifilm X-Pro2

I literally just got this lens and thought I'd share my initial experience. SOOC jpegs below.

This is great timing because two popped up on my search alerts in the last two days for $50. Really want to snag one, but also really want to get my infrared camera fixed/replaced 😫

Those look like really nice samples though. When it's in focus it looks quite sharp in the center. The edge fall out makes for some dreamy looks. Would look a little different for me because it would be on m4/3.

Okay. Well shoot. Gotta rethink about this, haha.

Haha! Yeah I got mine for 25 EUR in the German classifieds. Not too bad!

Yes, it is quite sharp at the centre.

So far, it is my favourite of the 4 110 primes.

Here's another sample that shows its centre sharpness (though about of PF).

I really don't mind the corner softness/aberrations as much on these kinds of lenses for this kind of photography. In a way it acts as a focusing vignette which draws the attention further into the center. It looks quite sharp in the center from that example shot you gave.
