Just a pic

Was looking back @ some photos I took late winter, while I was staying in Georgia with my friend's family. This is my "adopted niece." This photo is nothing special really. Was just snapping, but it is a personal favorite, so I thought I'd share it here.

The way this photo came out, reminds me of being young, & using an old Kodak 110 35mm, point & shoot automatic.

The IQ really appeals to me. Can't really say why.

Shot this with 50mm prime, f2, 1/6000, ISO/1000 on my now defunct Ks2. I'd only had the camera for a month or two, & really had no idea what I was doing.

Do others like this kind of IQ?

Should I be going down the film rabbit hole? Lol.

Thanks.

I misread your post at first and thought that THAT pic was taken on film. Could have fooled me, definitely has a film look to it. Having her just out of focus is an interesting style choice. Her pose is perfect, though I'm sure it wasn't posed.

As for film the answer is yes. Always go down the film rabbit hole 🙂 😛
