Is €350 too much for a DA 15mm f4 limited (used, good condition)?

As I am not sure whether this is a deal or not, I post this here. 😉
But seriously, I can get a 15mm limited for about €350 (+/- USD396). The idea would be to start using my APS-C again more often. Is this too much, or a no-brainer?
Any thoughts ... please?

It's hard to say because availability might be different where you're at, but here in the US that's an okay deal for the newer HD version. So, not a steal of a deal but fairly priced for a used HD version.
The older green ring version goes for $250-300 USD used around here.
