Any Resources/Advice on Fixing Slow Aperture Blades?

I have a Pentax M 28mm f/2.8 that I really like adapted onto Fuji, but I realized I can't fully use it with my Pentax film camera or DSLR because of slow aperture blades.

Any advice on a DIY fix or perhaps there's a good guide out there on the interwebs?

Beau,

Here are a couple resources. James has a wonderful space here, and it's growing and I hope it continues. It's presently hard to beat Pentax Forums for sheer level of nerdiness. So, hunting around there and elsewhere, here are some discussions of the issue, and some helpful photos (I hope):

https://youtu.be/Q34Kx85JBBE - this is for a Takumar, but it may be helpful with guidance if you decide to open.

Important to consider may be a set of JIS drivers - https://www.amazon.com/Hozan-JIS-4-JIS-Screwdriver-3rd/dp/B00A7WAHTU

Hope this helps!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share these resources!

Will report back if I'm able to fix the lens
